We are working on GRC 10.1 where GRC plugin installed. The Firefighter workflow stuck for log review with controller, but the controller could not see the request in his inbox and also the notification is not triggered.
When checked in Debug monitor the workflow task 76300089 in missing. I did the task specific customizing in DEV and scenario is working fine. When i move the transport to QAS , i still have the same issue. I checked transport logs in QA and they looks good.
I scheduled all the sync jobs in QA and email id's are maintained for controllers.
Please guide me if I making some mistake during these process.
