Firefighter log report escalation to Manager

I would like to know if some has enabled a notification for the Firefighter log to Manager as an escalation . I have done the set up and I am able to get the notification for both controller and manager . However both the notification controller and manager are coming at the same time.

Please suggest if some one has set up notification for Firefighter controller and a notification would go as an escalation to the manager if the logs are not approved.

Dear Pradeep,

Check the job for sending emails (Tcode SCOT as basis person to give option to send mail in 5 min or so ( scot -> menu settings -> send job )), I saw that you escalate in only 5 min, so maybe your system is sending emails every 5 min than both are going at same time,
