Hello experts, I understand a Firefighter Log Report is a Control item and its review must be reviewed during a certain period of time in order to become Audit compliant. Do you know if / how I could use a "Due Date" for this review completion? If so, how can I do it? Thank you

Hi Josiane,
Due Date is used to track SLA of requests. For example if you configure SLA as 7 days for Firefighter Log Review requests then the due date for all log review requests will be set as Log review Creation Date + 7 days. Due Date is more to identify whether a request has breached SLA or not.
You can use Email reminders to remind your controllers about log review requests pending for their review. Another way is to use Escalation functionality to escalate the request to another high level approver based on your desired SLA.
Regards,
Madhu
