Firefighter Controller Notification Type issue

Hi All,

We have been using EAM already for sometime now. I am working on setting up additional Firefighter Controllers. While assigning Controllers, the notification type by default is setting up as workflow and i dont have any possible ropdown to change to Log or email.

There were controllers setup with Email and Log earlier but as of now the option seems to be impossible.

Any suggestion on this?

We are on GRC12 SP0009
