FireFighter access not working for newly created users 'Invalid SAP User'

We are using decentralized FF access GRC 10.1, in prod systems for few users FF access is working fine but for users who were newly created, it says 'Invalid SAP user' in Audit log. I also checked Note 2147383, but the program shows no inconsistencies in the data.

did you run the repository object sync and EAM master data sync for the connector? That's required in order to get the users synced to the GRC repository.
