if an enduser knows the ffid(service id) userid and password
can he able to login with that id?
The password of the Firefighter ID (FFID) is always changed in every logon (if the connector has no trusted connection), hence if the user is not explicitly changed the password if the FFID he/she should not know it. Depends on the UI technology even if the password is known the user can not logon, as if User Exit is properly implemented it will automatically log out the user if it is a FFID.

There is an Exit that can be implemented to avoid logging in with the FF ID.
