Is it possbile to export it from Starter and import it to the Customizing?

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, it is not possible to export a Financial Statement Version (FSV) such as 1099 from a Starter system and import it into a Customizing or Development system.

The situation is like this mainly because :

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition has no transport mechanism for Financial Statement Versions.
• FSVs are treated as master data/configuration objects that must be manually recreated.
• The Export Software Collection and SAP Cloud ALM tools do not support FSVs as exportable content.
• The Starter system is strictly read-only and meant only for reference.

Here’s a recommended approach :

To replicate FSV 1099 from Starter into your system, follow this process:

1. Open the Starter system and launch the app "Manage Financial Statement Versions".
2. Navigate to FSV 1099 and take screenshots or export to Excel manually (if available).
3. In your Customizing system, go to the same app and manually recreate the structure:
• Chart of accounts
• Node hierarchy
• Assignments (G/L accounts, texts, etc.)
