FICA Items with clearing restriction 8 got cleared, though restriction is still set on them

Hi experts,

We are using FICA with application T. I have come across some thousands of FICA items with clearing restriction 8 got cleared in FPMA, which include future installments also. While items are still have restriction 8. I am confused how it was happened could not find the answer.

Can any body tell me how it was possible?

is this the same happening when you try with FP06 but non selecting the option "Create Proposal" ?

Hi Pankaj,

That's why I'm requesting you to try with FP06 without that Create Proposal option as to check if the items with clearing restriction 8 are also coming in the selection screen.

Otherwise the problem would be specific to clearing rule of the automatic clearing (check if there is any custom FM) because it normally uses the standard FM "FKK_OPEN_ITEM_MASS_SELECT_GET" where the items with restriction 8 automatically get opt out .

Hi Pankaj,

Seems to me some custom logic is incorporated in events 1710, 1711 or 1713, where the restriction is being removed using the FM FKK_AUGRS_RESET_DB.

Please check the above mentioned events.

We have not changed any such events, And as I said item is still with CR 8 even after clearing which is odd.
