FICA and FSCM Collection Management Integration

Hi Team ,

We are implementing FICA and want to integrate FICA with FSCM collection management instead of BRF+ .

Even after all configs and running FDM_COLL_SEND01, Documents from FICA don't follow to collection management.

Has any one faced the issue ?.

- share screenshots of what you've seen/done

- make sure you've applied the appropriate tags

- use a more descriptive subject line

FSCM-COL is not designed to handle FI-CA open items out of the box, it focuses on FI-AR documents. Maybe someone has implemented this as a customer solution, where FI-CA is considered as external system (take a look at SAP Help for the integration of non-SAP-systems), but what would be the benefit?

If you have FI-CA in place, you should go for Collections Management there, starting from BRF+ (where complex rules can be implemented) via promise-to-pay and collection worklists (similar functionality available in FSCM as well) and installment plans, debt collection management, transfer to external collection agencies and (silent) factoring.

Best regards,
