FFID Used By column is showing wrong name showing "In Use" eventhough the user has logged out. Showing different name when user is login

Yes. Showing different name when user completely logged out under USE BY.

Are you referring to column in EAM launchpad ?
Just ensure the user id shown under USE BY has logged out completely - Can check in SM04/AL08 of the backend system.
