FFID Controller cant approve

Hi,

We recently upgraded our GRC 10 system SP10 to SP15

for firefighter ID , Controller is not able to approve its showing

"request submit failed " and if they submit again it says "Error occured while processing"

Have anyone faced the same issue ?

Hi Syed,

This error may appear for different issues, and I can give you some tips to identify root cause:

1) Make sure that the FF Log Review MSMP is configured correctly and generated.

2) See if there is anything logged in SLG1

3) See if any helpful information is available in tcode GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD

4) Turn on MSMP Debugging for this process via tcode GRFNMW_DEBUG and GRFNMW_DEBUG_MSG. Trigger a new workflow instance, reach up to the error and then read the debug log file in AL11.
