FF log review workflow trigger after clicking Update firefighter log not from background job.

FF log review workflow trigger after clicking Update firefighter log in consolidated log report but not from running background job for log sync and workflow sync. Both jobs are scheduled hourly but logs are not sent to controller's inbox.

After manually clicking update firefighter logs, it triggers the workflow.

Any resolution?

Hi Mohit

I am not sure value of configuration parameter 4007 in your system. If it is set to "YES", please don't schedule workflow sync job along side with log sync update job else it will create inconsistencies. Please try this and retest the scenario again.
