FF log review request generated without any transaction being executed

Hi All,

I see a FF log review request is created. But there is no t-code executed by the FF id. So, could you suggest , why this log review request is being created .

The FF log summary  and Consolidated log report , show that no t-code has been executed.

Note: The table GRACCHANGELOG does not contain any entry, but tables  GRACFFLOG and GRACSYSTEMLOG(same error message as shown above) contain entry.Also, there is no CDHDR entry in the plug-in system.

So, does this mean, that any of the tables updated through GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE , will generate a Review request, irrespective, of change being done or not
