FF log review in case of Decentralized FireFighting

Hi Team,

Seeking your assistance in decentralized fire fighting scenario.

GRC Foundation: 10.1 with SP 18
GRC Plugin : 10.1 with SP 19

Scenario : After the Log review is being generated for the controller, an email is delivered to him. When he clicks on the link provided in email, the log window opens in display mode.

Issue : We are looking to get the window open in edit mode so that controller can provide the sign off.

Is it possible?.... and how?

Hi Nitin,

Can you please confirm if the Controller has required authorization and also run trace and see if the controller has missing authorization.

Thanks Madhu.

I have assigned controller's role and SAP_ALL to the user; however, clicking on the link opens the FF activity review window in display mode.

Any other suggestion?
