Feasibility in PaPM to access Sharepoint Documents

Hi,

There is an ask from client to upload and access documents uploaded in a Sharepoint / a common drive from PaPM application as part of Process Chain.

Kindly suggest, if it is feasible and if yes, then how.

in the process template you may create activities with URL. Would it fulfill your requirement? If not, could you please elaborate your requirement, in particular regarding this point: as part of Process Chain.

Hi Zhiyi,

There is a requirement to update URL / Webpage links for each record of the Model Table.Later access this data using Query function based Report and user should be able to open webpages using those URL links appearing for each record in the output screen.

Is it is possible to achieve? Appreciate your feedback

Hi 1354180,

assume that each record in your model table has an ID. Then you may filter out this record in a query by specifying the ID. In this way you may create a URL link for every individual record in the model table. Would it work for you?
