FC push to DM Path for public API

Hi Experts,

I am looking for the API path noted in the SAP Financial Consolidation (FC) help link below to be able to directly push report bundles to Disclosure Management.  How do identify the path for public API on the DM server?
We are upgrading DM.  Previously the path was http://<server>:<port>/WebServices/PublicAPI.  The instructions direct to setup as: http://<server>:<port>/DM_path_for_public_API.  

Our Basis contact is not familiar with this.

Resolved. This is the address.  
Other issue was causing the problem.
