FBCJ- give authorisation or edit access for specific cash journal

Is there a possibility to restrict access or editability to a specific cash journal to users only as we have multiple cash journals created for multiple purpose, and we want to restrict the user to post entry in specific cash journals in FBCJ.

First run SU24 for this transaction, this will give you the list of authorisation objects that are checked (or not checked) during transaction execution.

• You should find F_FBCJ 'Cash Journal: General Authorisation' which checks an 'activity code' with the 'authorisation group' linked to the 'cash journal number' in the 'company code'.
• Then, define and enter those groups in the journal customizing.
• Last, adapt the user roles accordingly.
