Hello, we wants to load some KPI from Oracle 11g Database to Strategy Management 10.1, and we have error when browsing "ORGUNITS" in making job with FIM.

Unexpected error during the action: 'ws.model.provider.action'. Contact your administrator.

com.sap.fpm.fim.common.webservice.WSException: Failed while calling the 'SSM' system to perform the 'getFIMDimensionInfo' action.
javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: while trying to load from index 1 of an object array with length 1, loaded from local variable 'mtokens'

Browse of values "PAS_VARNAME" is working perfectly.

Hi Alexandr,

I am not an expert on Strategy Management, but FIM normally communicates to all EPM products via a web-service call (these web-services are APIs provided by each EPM product)

I check this "while trying to load from index 1 of an object array with length 1" - and found some references to timeouts. As you mention that PAS_VARNAME is working, it seems the connection to SM is working OK

That could indicate, that getting the values for this 'ORGUNITS" dimension is taking longer and therefore times out?

Can you check that in SM - I would expect some timeout setting in IIS, or in the web.config of the web-services
