We are activating document splitting using NewGL migration cockpit for some of company codes. NewGL is already active in system.
After the migration the balances at profit center level are getting changed in FAGLFLEXT as migration cockpit doesn't consider phase 0 documents.
Which is technically as expected but we are using faglflext dump in 3rd party system which is causing issue due to this change in balance at profit center level.
Is there a way to reconcile faglflext again after migration?
