Extremely SLOW EPM connection to Serve

Dear Experts,

We are experiencing a strange performance issue. Logging in to Excel interface is fairly OK, however, once we attempt to access the server folders via Save, Open or Data Manager it takes an average of 10 minutes to open server folders. Whereas when templates/data packages are launched via BPF, the response is quite faster (less than 2 min)

We are not quire sure where to look.

BPC NW 10.0

EPM - 10 SP 16

MS Office - Office Professional 2010

Please talk to the network administrators to measure the connection speed between user PC and BPC server.
