Export license SAP GTS

Hi,

User by default assiged LU_xxx into licese master data. But while deleting that LU from license master gettin an error document already assigned and I cannot remove the document as well attached is the screen shot. What is the possible way to overcome of this.

Hi Robert,

Why do you want to remove assigned LU if the this License is valid for this Legal Unit? This is SAP standard behavior that if system has determined License based on assigned attributes, it will not allow us to delete any of the attribute until we cancel the assigned document. So in your case you need to cancel all the assigned documents wherever this Legal unit is being used. Then you can remove the Legal Unit.

Hi Vindhya,

Where do I need to cancel any transaction are you referrring ? My Sales order, Delivery and PO been assigned to license master data.

From license master data I cannot remove those document because it's telling document already assigned to license and cannot be deleted.
