Hi All,

this is testing system and once we created the sales order it not reflect in GTS test system ,

what i am facing the problem is !

ECC sale order if you we excite in GTS test system it is not show ECC test sales order , it will show production sales order same order number with 2018 year sales order showing ......can any one help to me where it is the issue, why it is showed 2018 production order in GTS test system .

Narayana, looks like, you might have a restore timing gap between your ERP and GTS test systems. The system SO5001 (GTS test system) is a more recent copy, as it has the SO from production system (1256339 from P11 in year 2018). Whereas the K11CLNT001 (ERP test system) looks like an older copy, where the SO number 1256339 has just reached.

We do not have Basis Team ....bit of confusion for me ......

I hope here is the problem in my BD97 screen shot ........ECC test system they were maintained "S05CLNT100" but GTS test system "S05001" ......how to correct it?

issue : IP address changed so we corrected it and issue resolved.

Hello Narayana,

I can't quite tell which one is what system from your screenshots. Please make sure that in test ERP, in SM59, RFC is not enabled to production GTS. Also, in test ERP system, in BD97, make sure that production logical system is not assigned. Assign test to test and production to production. I forgot to mention BD64 as well. Please check to make sure correct system's logical system is assigned.

BD64 it is ok .....i have doubt in BD54 ECC test system "S05CLNT100" and BD97 in GTS test "S05001" .......

Hi Narayana,

I thought you said production order (CO03), you mean sales order from production system. Please check your logical systems in ERP transaction /SAPSLL/TBDLS_R3RFC, settings in the ERP system in BD97 (& SM59) and make sure the logical systems are correctly assigned to the logical system group in GTS client.

Hello Narayana,

The sales order number 1256339 (in ERP) is correctly showing as the reference number in GTS so it is correct. Can you please explain why you think it is production order number?

ECC(Quality "K11" system)Sales order was recently created but in GTS (Quality system) it showing P11 and year 2018(P11 means production system) how it is possible.

Please check my screen shots order is 2019 ( it K11 system ) and custom document is 2018.(production P11 system).
