Export Declaration Error in SAP GTS

User reported that measure type is given into SAP GTS, but it is still giving the EM no measure is available. Please check.

Which Message Type is active?

In the program code, I can see some interesting checks in that area, dependent on the Incompletion Procedure being called.

Solution :

GTS-->Customs Management-->Customs Code Lists-->Maintain Customs Code Lists for Legal Regulation-->Legalregulation --->custom code list-->Papty type of previous document--> Category :PDOC , type :3LLD and Uom sys exp not maintained,

please find the attached screen shot you can understand the issue .

ISO code C62 is already used for measurement unit AU,

and it not allow to save while change the PC both ....Commercial and Technical unit
