Hi Team,
Can you please help me to find the cause attached is the open export clearances that have been processed user,
but are stuck in the system and cannot be completed. A repeated request from us to customs cannot be completed. Please let me know if need any clariication ?Thanks

What is your outbound IDOC status?
Are you using the Seeburger cloud solution to convert your iDOCs? If yes, the first step is asking Seeburger if they received your iDOC.
