Hi Experts,

Existing RFC /Odata for Process Director, particularly for accessing data related to the /cockpit/1 transaction in SAP. Specifically, we’re looking to retrieve workcycle data, company code, vendor code details using the Process Director Document Number.

Did you look at all RFC function modules by their descriptions? What did you get?

A standard SAP system has millions of RFC-enabled function modules... I think without the knowhow of an expert from the relevant application area, there is no chance to find the requested FMs or OData interfaces (if they exist...)

I have searched the SAP tags for "Process Director", but didn't find anything. So to which SAP application area does the transaction "/cockpit/1" belong?

The SAP tags you added so far, are all "basis technology" areas. They won't be able to help with that question. (It's like asking someone who works in a factory that produces mobile phones, whether he can tell you the phone number of the person you want to call... -- Just because someone knows how to manufacture a phone, doesn't mean that he knows the phone numbers of millions & millions of people... 🙂 )

Process Director is software by Tungsten Automation (previously known as Kofax or ReadSoft) based on MM and FI modules mainly (as far as I know).

I completely understand, and I'm aware there’s an issue with the tag. The challenge here is that there isn't a matching category in the tag cloud to select. Would it be possible for you to add some relevant tags?

For future reference, I now know that this is related to FIN.

I think, a "SAP Managed" tag will probably not be possible for a non-SAP product, but you can contact an administrator. (I am only moderator and can't create SAP managed tags.)

But a normal "user tag" can be created by everybody, so you could create your own.
