Existing assignments roles are not selectable

Hi All,

GRC 10.1 SP13

Although the existing roles are visible after clicking Existing Assignments, i am not able to select them. Only the system/connector entry is getting selected

I have been through many threads and notes. but none answers this question

Note 1962448 is not applicable as i am able to select

They were in BRM, but were not marked the status. They are selectable now.

Hello Plaban.

Are these roles registered in your BRM? If not, they really will be shown but will not be available to be added to access requests.

If they are, can you search/add them to access requests without using 'existing assignments' or 'model user'?
