Existing assignments Filter & Business process update

Hi Team,

Good day.

Requesting your advise on these queries.

1) Is there any way that we can set automatic filters for Existing assignments (access request form) to show only business roles ? When the user click on Existing assignments, all types of roles are showing and user is able to select among those, instead of business roels. We tried Webdynpro setting (SE80) and it worked for all different settings but not for existing assignment (to filter only Business Roles) .

2) Is there any way to update business process and sub process in easy method, instead of reimporting with all details for 100s of business roles ?

Hi Aravind,

Have you explore following options:

1. Restrict the role type in authorization object "GRAC_ROLED" and check if your requirement can be met?

2. Use "Mass Role Update" functionality to update Business Process and Sub Process.
