Excluded texts not working

Hello,

I make a list of excluded texts for comparison in tcode /SAPSLL/VC_CMPAS    and sometimes when a address is changed manually in the order it is still checking the word, eg LTD even if I have excluded it. It is normal in your systems ? I have looked for OSS notes, but cannot find anything.

Hi Olaf,

It doesn't seem to be a normal behavior. Anytime a text is excluded, the system reads it but doesn't use it for deciding whether to block the order or the BP. It always gets shown on the log as excluded when you look at the screening results.

Provide an example for us to evaluate it.

For example check with LLC, which is excluded. It seems it happens mostly when a partner address is changed manually in a sales order.
