Hello Friends
Env- 10.1 standard/BW 7.4
I am tying to build a BPC exception report, for material - profit centers mismatch.
Example - Mat1 is expected to post only to PC1 irrespective of company. We have Mat1 postings to PC1 for C1 and to PC2 for C2.
I am trying to create a bpc report for materials which have postings to multiple company codes, then I can check if the PC's are same or different. If a material gets posted to only one company code, I do not want it in the current validation report - it will be handled later.
Is there any BPC formula or local members to get it.
Required report format
Time
Mat1 C1 PC1
Mat1 C2 PC2
********************************
BPC report output that I am getting
Time
Mat1 C1 PC1
Mat1 C2 PC2
Mat2 C1 PC4
Mat4 C2 PC5
Currently we have around 100k materials. As a workaround I am using excel formulas to get the results, but its manual work.
Thanks for your time
Ed

Thanks Vadim. Saved my images in .png. It still says attachment is not permitted as file type is invalid. Tried on different browsers, same issue.

Thanks Vadim for your reply.
The relationship of profit center to material is not straight forward. Its maintained externally in relationship few other fields from the non-sap system in a template. The template gets updated every month for any new entries. The profit center to Material mapping is independent of company code. The data we are getting for this model is from a non-sap system, its in transition to move to SAP in near future. Users have noticed flaws in posting, which results in revenue getting recognized in wrong profit center.
As of now I do not have properties in Materials which would let me know the correct profit center.
I have attached the reports with my excel formula.
(for some reason, I am not able to upload the images/files, it says attachment format not supported, - jpeg, gif, jpg)
