Excel comment problem

Hello everyone

I am having a strange issue. I enter comments in my input template and when save the data, the message pop-up tells me that it has been saved successfully. When I execute comments report in BPC web client, the comment shows up there.

However, on refreshing the template, the comment is not visible in the cell where it was entered. I have checked the box "Show as Microsoft Excel Comments'.

Any help will be appreciated.

It seems your sheet is protected. Please pass the same password under Sheet Options-->Protection in your input form. Refresh and check.
