Excel Cannot Open the file because the file format does not match the file extension

Hi Team,

When opening a excel file, from stack 1700 a new DM user got the message:

"The file xxxxxxxx Version xxx(12517).xlsx cannot be opened, because the file format does not match the file extension. Check if the file is........."

Existing users have no problems. All settings are checked, and seems to be okay.
