Dear Expert,

I am getting incompetion log for Customs declartion document that " Customs status EX does not match country of destination CH" ? Below is the screen shot. EX-nK is not accepting for CH (Switcherland), as per customs EX-nK should be used for CH. It's going from DE to CH.

Have a look at OSS note 2913601

Hi Peter,

Could you please also confirm, if you have maintained this Customs status 'EX-nK' for Legal Regulation - ATLAS for Customs Code Lists 'DCSTA' under Customs Code list config setup?

If this setup is already in place then I suggest you raise OSS Incident to SAP to take a look. As per the standard incompletion check code for DE, I see only three statuses are being checked - EX, EU, CO. Please keep us posted on the outcome of config check.

Thanks,

Hello Pushparaj,

Under DCSTA, EX-nK already in place. Also suggest where do I need to check incompletion check code for DE ?

Is it under- General Setting- Control Incompleteness Checks for General Documents in Customs Management- Incompletion procedure of DE_EXP_ ?

Hi Robert,

I have seen some other customers using customs status as EU in the mentioned scenario.

Not sure why it should be different in your case. However if you still want to go ahead with the field value mentioned, then you can add it in the below SPRO node and then use it in the declaration.

SPRO-Customs Management-Customs Code Lists-Assign Customs Status to a Process and Legal Regulation -> Here assign the field value to the combination of Legal Regulation & Process.

Hope this helps.

Hi Pushpraj,

Configuration is already maintained as you can see the shot. But still error when I maintained EX-nK (Customs status EX does not match country of destination CH). Sending from DE to CH. Any other setting needs to consider ?

We use Subsequent registration for Export, message type- M0949.

Hi Robert,

I think the correct value should be 'EU' for that route. Please try it, and see what results you get.

Thanks Dave,

EU is accepting but as per customs EX-nK should be used. Is there any note/linke EU is outdated ?

Hi RP,

Your incompletion message arises from the export from Germany, which is governed by the Union Customs Code. The specified field values there are 'EX', 'CO' and 'EU' according to the country group membership of the goods destination. No other values are allowed.

It could be that Switzerland, which is not an EU member state and has its own regulations, has defined code EX-nK, but if so that will be for the import into Switzerland, and not the export from Germany.

I hope that helps.

Dave

Hi Dave,

We checked with customs authorities they confirmed we should use Ex-nK , In our scenario we use subsequent declaration. So any SAP note for this which might be released ?

Thanks
