Evaluation groups (1 – 4) are very useful customizable options for fixed assets, that can be configured using OAVA for on premise and RISE projects.
For Public Cloud projects, there is not a configuration available for these fields on CBC, even though they are available on Fixed Assets reports (attached Asset Balance image), and there is even CDS views for Evaluation Groups (for example I_Group2AssetEvaluationKey).
