Hi All,
We are using FF id concept .After the FF usage the logs goes for the review and sometimes logs does not review on time by controller that delays the process of users using the FF id and controlling no reviewing it.
I would like to know is there any mechanism through which if the logs are not reviewed on time then a notification can be sent to the controller manger.
I know there is an option of escalation reminder , some how that functionality is not working .Please suggest if someone used that functionality and knows it works.
There is also functionality of SLA reminder , please suggest of someone using it and is it useful.

You could run the following program to send the email reminder to the FF ID controller for the pending FF Log review
GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER
Did you setup return to sender in the FF Log review workflow?
