Error while saving a function in ARA

Hi. I am getting error while creating function in ARA. After Successful creation of a function it is not showing in function list. If I am trying to create another time with that function name error is coming "Request submission inconsistent; process &SAP_GRAC_FUNC_APPR&, version &000001&, external ID &SOD_FUNCTION/ZFUN3&
