Error while importing PaPM Cloud Sample Content for Tax Calculations - SXT - 0009

Hello All,

Greetings

I am getting an error while i am trying to import the latest PaPM Cloud Sample Content for TAX Calculations and Reporting (SXT - 0009).

The Sample Content ZIP file has been successfully downloaded and then uploaded in the Content Network.

However, while importing i am getting following error

Import failed for Environment ID 'SXT' and Version '0009'.

Error: {}

Any suggestions on this will be helpful.

Note:- I was able to install the earlier version SXT - 0008 successfully couple of weeks ago, but now even this version is not getting installed. I tried installing other use cases and i am getting the same error.

Hello Ana-Marija,

First of all my apologies for late response.

Secondly, the issue got fixed, when i checked the same with my BTP expert, they confirmed they actually did nothing. So, to be honest I am not sure how the issue got fixed.

Unfortunately, i cannot share the tenant name here due to restrictions, but i will raise a OSS to investigate this issue.

thank you for sharing error. Can you as well specify which tenant are you trying to import to, so I could recreate error?
