I tried dunning a contract account in FICA. I reached different levels of dunning successfully with print date being updated at each step. However, at the last Dunning level, the print date is not updated. The system throws up an error as 'No department or unit found for position 31000000'. Couldn't find relevant help. Can someone please sort the issue ?
