error when we upload template

We are unable to upload the template in the document .

Below is the screenshot when we clic

on the edit.

Normally, that simply means that the user (admin) has locked that chapter

You can unlock it when you click on the chapter

We have unlocked the chapter and yet the message appears. we encounter this error message on all the chapters
