Error when trying to complete/forward work item at FF Controller screen

Dear Friends,

Hope all are good and safe.

I am facing issue in GRC AC 12.0 FF logs Review.

Controller want additional information from Fire Fighter. So follow below

1.controller click on FF Logs in Work Inbox of NWBC

2.Opened FF Log Review screen

3.Click on Other Actions ->Select Additional Information

4. Getting issue like Error when trying to complete/forward work item

We have added Tcode SWIA,and Object GRFN_USER, GRAC_ACTN & S_WF_WI as per Trace result
and Controller have SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW profile also but still getting same issue. Kindly help to fix this. Thank you.

Hello Rajesh, do you use centralized or decentralized EAM? If you are using decentralized EAM (i.e. Firefighter invoke in plugin or target system), the user who invoked Firefighter must exist in GRC in order for you to be able to forward the item to them. In case you are using centralized EAM (i.e. invoking Firefighter from GRC to other plugin), then I´d suggest you to trace this session and/or run SLG1 to check the errors.
