Error when returning an already forwarded request - GRC ARM

Hi Gurus,

I have an ARM approver issue here. When i submit the request, the 1st Level approver should be able to forward it back to me which he does.

But when the approver forwarded the request back to me. I then tried to forward it back via Submit or Forward to and i get the following:

1. On Other Actions button - There's no Return to Option.

Hi Thembela,

Your first level approver has forwarded the request to you using "Forward Request" option and enabled checkbox "Forward with Return".

This means, the request will go back to him automatically after you take necessary action as second level approver. But you are trying to forward it back to him which is not required and system also does not allow because it is already in "Forward with Return" state.

You just have to provide your approval by clicking on "SUBMIT" button which makes the request to go back to first level approver. You will not have a RETURN button in the screen.

When the First Level approver forwards the request with return to me. When i try to to forward it back, it doesn't work and this is the error i get :

And there's also no RETURN TO button in the other actions once the request been forwarded to ME as a requestor: There's only FORWARD TO and HOLD
