Error when creating word report on SAP DM

Hi experts.

When creating a word report the error :"Template file is undefined or missing on server. Check report configuration settings" appears.

The word report is simple, it does not have/use any word or excel template.

Maybe something missing on DM installation that I can notify to the basis team?

Hello Maria

Since Stack1200, the use of templates is mandatory

So, you need to upload (at least one) template and define it on the 'configuration' tab
