Error using ImportExportUser tool BO-FC 10.1

Greetings,

I´m facing a problem when trying to use the ImportExport User tool of BO-FC. The export feature works ok, but when I try to import a file to update one or more users, I get the following error:

The problem is that I didn't change the exported file. Actually, I simply changed a functional profile for another in other to test this tool. Is there a specific layout to be used? I assumed that I just had to use the same layout of the exported file.

Any ideas?

Solved it.

The following columns cannot exist in the import file:

TrackReportRuns;FreeText1;FreeText2;FreeText3;FreeText4;FreeText5

Strange 'feature', since they are in the header of the exported file.
