Hi Gurus, Thanks for reading my question,
Im having problems whit BPC 10.1 and EPM Add-in for Microsoft
When i tried to open an Excel form from BPC, the system show me an error with the code: UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_000.
Im using BPC 10.1 with SP16 and Microsoft Office 2013.
I found many notes but are very old, they can not fix the error. I tried with this SAP Note#1673094. The RSADMIN table needs to be updated with object MDX_USE_CLASSIC_PARSER. but it didn't help me.
Please, Im looking for the solution but i can't found it. if you need more information plase tell me and i'll post it.
Thank you very much for your answers and have a good day.
Regards.

Cannot see your screenshots and by clicking the empty space I am forwarded to the MS Office 365 log on screen. Do you use MS Office 2013 365 somehow for BPC also? Was always thinking it should not be even possible until SP18 but now not sure...
In any case according to SAP Note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2130246 it would be better to start with EPM Upgrade.
The Microsoft Office versions that are currently supported with the EPM add-in are the following:
- Microsoft Office 2007
- Microsoft Office 2010
- Microsoft Office 2013. To use this version, the EPM add-in Support Package 20, at least, is recommended.
- Microsoft Office 365 Desktop. To use this version, the EPM add-in Support Package 20, at least, is recommended.

Hello everyone. Thank you very much for your answers.
I think the problem can be solved with these notes:
http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1139396 http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2110955 http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2190242
When I try to open a report in excel EPM-Add in, show me the error message that I can see in the ST22.
In the ST22 I can see the DUMP CL_RSDRH_HIER_CACHE =========== CP.
I will continue to review and tell them about it.
thank you
regards

Hi Cristobal,
please provide full system detail, as in BPC backend SP level and EPM add on SP level.
Are you trying to activate environmentshell? or has it been activated and now you want to log on?
what do you mean by try to open an excel form in BPC?

Hi Andy, thanks for you answer.
this is my detail System:
| SAP_BW | 740 | 0011 | SAPKW74011 | SAP Business Warehouse |
| CPMBPC | 810 | 0006 | SAPK-81006INCPMBPC | SAP Business Planning and Consolidation |
The error occurs when you try to open a report with the link of the BPF. Excel shows me the error message UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_000
I am analyzing the error in the ST22 transaction and seeking solution to the DUMP CL_RSDRH_HIER_CACHE =========== CP.
Thanks for your help
