error " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage " in bsc wizard

hi sap experts.

i have a problem in sap bsc wizard .

after i create a scorecrad , in basic settings , when i click on scorecards  that i had created them before, i see this error :

whats the problem?

how can i solve it ?

Mansoureh,

From the screenshot that doesn't look like SAP Strategy Management (SSM) so I think you have posted in the incorrect Forum!

I suspect that is SEM so you are better posting the query in the SEM Forum.
