Error message on ESEF guidance 2.2.6

Dear SAP Expert,

I created an iXBRL package from SAP DM (stack 1902). In SAP DM validation no error message is showed. However an external validator tool signal the following error message: Guidance 2.2.6 Technical construction of a block tag: [escapedHTMLUsedInBlockTagWithSpecialCharacters] Guidance 2.2.6 Each block tag MUST use escape=true in the tag attribute if the human readable content contains a < or & character.

I checked on the ESEF reporting manual and this error message indicates that block tags must use escape parameter equal to "true" if a "<" or "&" character is in the text. Is there this parameter somewhere in SAP DM?

giuseppe_leggio - yes, this is a 'pilot' fix, and will not be made public, So, you need to open a ticket in order to get the plugin

This is a bug in DM, for which there is a fix

For now, you need to open a Support ticket and then Dev can provide you with a (pilot) fix

Hello Mark,

Auditors tested the iXBRL package with an extrernal tool and highlited the same issues (The block tag for the concept 'ifrs-full:DisclosureOfBasisOfPreparationOfFinancialStatementsExplanatory' has entities which use an ampersand. Block tags with ampersands must have the @escape attribute set to 'true').

Do we have to open a ticket to fix it?
