Error Message from SAP CC: The Subscriber Account 'taxation module' is not modifiable

Hi Team,

How to avoid the below error occurring while BP and contract (Joint distribution) distributing to CI & CC. The log generated from FKKCC_MD_MON.
There was a work around to have "taxation" disable in Event 5703 but I would like to avoid the event modification as well.

Error Message from SAP CC:
The Subscriber Account 0000000251/BRIM cannot be modified because: The Subscriber Account 'taxation module' is not modifiable

How can avoid this error at the BP master data itself. Or do we need to do something in SAP CC ? Please suggest.

Hello,

On SAP Convergent Charging, it is not possible to modify the taxation rules once the subscriber has been created. The taxation details were used for prepaid account in old features which are not used anymore.
Usually, the taxation details are useless in SAP CC as all these details are computed on SAP Convergent Invoicing only. Therefore, it seems to be logic to modify your event in order to disable the taxation in SAP CC.
