Hello All,
I am facing this interface issue,where the idocs gets into error queue with error as"SAP check XXXXXX cannot be voided".
The check lot series that is being used presently has been exhausted already but the external system are still using it by editing the earlier posted document's reference field(check number field).
Will introducing a new check lot series solve this issue ? As I am not able to replicate the exact error in non-prod environments.
