Hi,

Currently we are working on NW BPC 10.1 Classic model.

While opening the reports from BPF we are getting the below error, we are able to open that report from excel.

We tried to create new process but while adding the report from browse option the report library is empty but we can able to see the reports in
excel.

.

Please help us how to resolve this issue.

Hi Anitha,

1. For error "An error occurred while parsing EntityName"
   Please re-check your activity's name, make sure you not use character "&".
2. For "adding the report from browse option the report library is empty"
   In hyperlink target action, make sure you choose appropriate target "Microsoft Excel", and "Open specific report/input form/template" according in which folder you save the file in server.
