Error in RFC; 'Password logon no longer possible - too many faile'

Hello All,

Via repository sync i'm trying to sync users but i'm getting attached error how can i solve this?

(I'm using correct password while login)

Hi Amol

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Make sure RFC user maintain in "Logon and Security" tab in SM59 should exist in target system and password maintained is also correct.
2. Also, make sure user is not expired or locked in both GRC and satellite system.

This shold resolve your issue. Let me know if error still persists.

Use SM59 tot test the connection and explicitly execute the authorization test.

Also check the SLG1 logs of the service user to be sure that there are nog authorization issue (SU53).

You need to fix your RFC connection, Test RFC connection using SM59 first.
