Error in LISTCUBE Tcode in SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded & unable to see the Masterdata in /ERP/COSTCNTR

Hi Experts,

We are Building the SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded system. After successful activation of Content bundle. we try to open the workbook /ERP/SFIN_A01_WB01 (Costcenter PLanning om Periods) we are unable to see the Costcenter prompts.

While trying to login into the LISTCUBE Tcode geting below error.

• In LISTCUBE TCode for Infoprovider /ERP/SFIN_V01

• After selecting all the characteristics

• After clicking on Execute button getting below error.

• 

Below versions we are using.

Please guide us in this issue.

Hi Pavel,

In System ->User Profile-> own data-> Parameters set the controlling area parameter as 2000.

so we are getting only 2000 controlling area cost centers only, we changed to our controlling area.

After that we got the data in BW.

Hi RK,

then check the characteristic /ERP/COSTCNTR in transaction RSD1 and try to activate. It is also possible that something is wrong with the HANA view used in /ERP/COSTCNTR (you find the view name in RSD1). In the latter case you have to check the HANA view in HANA Studio.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I tried as you said in RSD1 Tcode to actiavte the /ERP/COSTCNTR, it is succesfully activated. Please see the below screen shot.

I check in HANA View for ERP/COSTCNTR in HANA studio, i am getting the data, please see the below screen shot.

Please suggest me as i am missing something..

Hi Gregor,

We applied below SAP Notes then below error is resolved.

But the data is not getting in Queries /ERP/SFIN_A01//ERP/SFIN_A01_IRQ0001. And for /ERP/COSTCNT also no data.

Please suggest any thing is missing.

Thank you very much for your time.

No, their is no master data in /ERP/COSTCNTR.

We raised this to SAP they checked and proposed us, below filter is used in the statement as (KOKRS 2000)

"LTEXT" AS "TXTMD" ,
"KTEXT" AS "TXTSH"
FROM

Thats why master data /ERP/COSTCNTR is not getting from HANA views.

But we are unable to see this standard program code in SAP HANA studio.

Could you please tell suggest, where i can see the code in HANA studio and remove the filter.

Hi! Thank you for sharing this information! I am going to investigate this today or, more likely, tomorrow.

Nowaday, I have four possible solution of this problem:

1. Check your user parameter CAC in SU01. Is it equal to 2000? Change it to your controlling area value.

2. Try to find this select, using /h and "Display master data" button. (Look through abap-code in debugger). Then, try to open this method to edit (obviously, SAP ask you about change request key. Click to link in message and get change request key), then change it to correct code.

3. Try to find notes about it. I tried and didn't succeded in this...

4. Write ticket to sap support.

Hi RK,

use transaction RSDCUBE to check whether the virtual InfoProvider /ERP/SFIN_V01 (with HANA views) is consistent; try to activate this virtual InfoProvider again. Maybe there you get more specific information.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried as you said in RSDCUBE Tcode and activated again the cube /ERP/SFIN_V01 getting the same error in LISTCUBE Tcode, like above.

"sap.erp.sfin.co.pl/FCO_C_COST_CENTER" is HANA Package and view of /ERP/COSTCNTR.

Could you please see why the error is getting, and for only /ERP/COSTCNTR dont have master data.
